Recommended Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plain almond milk, rice milk or hemp milk  (OAW recommends hemp seed milk)
1 1/2 cups packed organic baby spinach
1 1/2 cups frozen organic cherries or berries

May also include other organic ingredients such as: Pomegranit seeds, whole orange, apple, beets with tops, ginger, carrot with tops, Udo's 3-6-9 oil blend, freshly ground flaxseed, blueberries, banana, Kale or other greens.   

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
