Chemical & Heavy Metal Cleansing

Most of us are constantly bombarded and exposed daily to toxic heavy metals, such as mercury, cadmium, and lead, associated with many serious diseases and illnesses. Cancer, heart disease, cardiovascular disease, congenital disabilities, skin disorders, nervous system disorders, and mental and neurological disorders are only a few of the health concerns associated with heavy metal poisoning. Heavy metal poisoning can also result from consuming toxic foods, drinking coffee, smoking, and even environmental factors. There are many sources of toxic heavy metal poisoning, such as:

I suggest testing every 60 to 90 days to determine if progress is being made. There are also saliva and urine home test kits available for testing mercury, aluminum, cadmium, and lead, giving you results in about 30 minutes. Helpful Recommendations for Chemical and Heavy Metal Cleansing

Purified Water
Install water filtration in the bathroom and kitchen. While cleansing, try to drink ½ of your body weight in ounces of purified water every day. Drink enough water daily to keep your urine clear. Do not drink water out of any plastic bottles.

Optimize Your Diet for Detox.
Use healthy fats (omega-3 fats, olive oil, and flax oil), amino acids (which boost all your liver’s detoxification capacity), and minerals, particularly zinc and selenium (which help your body detoxify metals). Take vitamins B12 (Methylcobalamin) and B6. Eat sulfur-containing foods such as broccoli, collards, kale, daikon radish, garlic, and onions.

Aluminum Exposure
Aluminum is especially toxic to the kidneys, brain, lungs, liver, and thyroid. Purchase and use natural deodorants that do not contain aluminum. Replace aluminum cookware with cast iron, enamel, or glass cookware. Avoid drinking any beverage in aluminum cans. Some prescription meds contain aluminum. Always read ingredient lists.

Instructions for the Optimum Heavy Metal & Chemical Toxicity Cleanse

ACZnano Advanced Cellular Zeolite

Take 12 sprays twice daily (morning and evening).

1. Why Do I Feel Bad?

Healing Crisis (Herxheimer Reaction)

This term describes a common phenomenon that often occurs when the body is in cleansing mode. You may actually feel a bit worse during and after cleansing than you did before you began. The accumulation of toxic material must be processed before being removed from the body. This “healing crisis” may include physical symptoms as the cleansing process proceeds. Symptoms that are most common may include: tiredness, headache, skin rash, lack of mental clarity, joint or muscle aches, irritability, mild nausea, difficulty sleeping, or mood swings. Some people experience multiple symptoms while others breeze through cleansing without any symptoms. These symptoms are temporary and should subside within 1-10 days as the body naturally gets rid of these toxins.
