A grocery store fat trap is just a cleverly designed scheme constructed by food manufacturers to make you eat more of something that you think, by their advertising, is healthy. These foods and food additives are nothing more than fat fertilizer. They are great for a companys bottom line, but really bad for your “bottom.”

Fear , from conventional medicine,has long been used to promot vaccinations. Some pediatricians will not even take families who have decided to postpone vaccinations or not give them at all. The good news is that parents are doing their research and thus realizing that vaccinations are not as necessary as conventional medicine and the pharmaceutical companies would have us believe.

It is important to be educated in the type of cookware you are cooking your food in. Does it leach harmful chemicals or toxins? Does it have a safe cooking point that should not be raised? Does it have a toxic coating? It does no one much good to eat healthy organic foods if these foods become toxic from your cookware.
