Good Morning Health Elixir

Did you know one of the very best things you can add to your morning routine is to drink a health elixir that includes raw apple cider vinegar, lime or lemon, raw honey and cayenne pepper? Rather than first giving your body a shot of morning caffeine in the morning, a healthy elixir will instead give your body a shot health promoting food.

The health benefits of apple cider vinegar are many. So much so that apple cider vinegar has a long history of use, dating back thousands of years. History tells us that Hippocrates, The Father of Medicine (400 B.C.) thought of apple cider vinegar as a mainstay of his medical practice. In fact, legend has it that he used only two main substances to treat his patients: honey and apple cider vinegar. In more recent times, apple cider vinegar is a popular and proven natural home remedy for many health concerns such as colds and sinus issues and as a nutritional powerhouse for use in foods and beverages.

Good Morning Health Elixir Recipe is a great health elixir that I personally use. Many people consume this concoction religiously and find that it gives them a natural boost of energy, helps to keep their bowels regular, helps with aches and pains, and even improves their skin by giving it a vibrant, healthy glow. However, I have found out that one receives even better health benefits by drinking purified water with apple cider vinegar throughout the day.

You can make up a gallon of Good Morning Health Elixir and drink it throughout the day. Or you can make up a gallon of purified water containing only 3-4 Tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar and drink throughout the day. Either of these methods can give your body added energy as well as boosting your metabolism throughout the day.  And guess what? It doesn’t take long to get used to the great taste of Good Morning Health Elixir. In fact, most people find that in no time they actually prefer it over drinking regular water.
