Blueberry-Almond Smoothie
Try this delicious Omega-3 and protein-rich smoothie with a friend — it makes two servings!
- 1 Cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 frozen organic banana
- 1⁄4 cup raw almonds
- 2 Tablespoons Barlean's Organic Flax Oil
- 2 Tablespoons organic pure maple syrup
- 1 cup water or hemp milk
In a blender, combine ingredients in the order listed and puree to a smooth consistency.
