Fresh-n-Organic Orange Vinaigrette Dressing

I love the fresh taste of homemade dressings. This DIY Fresh-n-Organic Orange Vinaigrette Dressing is delicious and wonderful on fresh salads. You’ll find that this organic salad recipe is sweet, savory, with a bit of tang, and goes well with just about any salad or vegetables such as roasted beet salad, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, roasted carrots, or grilled zucchini.

If you are love refreshing, tasty, easy salad recipes, you have to try this Fresh-n-Organic Orange Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Another strong point is that it’s effortless and quick to put together the seven ingredients (less if you prefer) yet tastes like a fine dressing from an expensive restaurant.

DID YOU KNOW? You can increase the health benefits of garlic by letting it sit after it’s been chopped or crushed. Give your chopped/crushed garlic time rest (sit) before changing its temperature, by cooking, or its pH by including acidic ingredients like lemon juice. It will also permit the alliinase enzymes found in garlic an opportunity to work on behalf of your health.

Using organic ingredients adds to the health benefits of all the ingredients. Full of vitamin C, this is a great dressing to use during the winter months. Garlic provides an extra “punch” with its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial & antiviral properties. Organic Orange Vinaigrette Dressing can be made using organic balsamic or red wine vinegar for a good vinaigrette or without to make a very simple, yet still delicious, dressing without too much tang. In fact, feel free to experiment to come up with your own versions of Organic Orange Vinaigrette Dressing.

If your family is like ours, this dressing will most likely become a family favorite. It may even get those reluctant salad eaters in your family to begin to ask for more salad. As a Gran, this always makes me happy because I love to see children and adults branch out into more healthy eating.

You can keep this organic orange vinaigrette in the fridge and use it with any salad combination or as a dip for vegetables. I often make larger batches because I like to use it on baked potatoes instead of butter or all the toppings that are generally not healthy.
