DID YOU KNOW? You can increase the health benefits of garlic by letting it sit after it’s been chopped or crushed. Give your chopped/crushed garlic time rest (sit) before changing its temperature, by cooking, or its pH by including acidic ingredients like lemon juice. It will also permit the alliinase enzymes found in garlic an opportunity to work on behalf of your health.
Using organic ingredients adds to the health benefits of all the ingredients. Full of vitamin C, this is a great dressing to use during the winter months. Garlic provides an extra “punch” with its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial & antiviral properties. Organic Orange Vinaigrette Dressing can be made using organic balsamic or red wine vinegar for a good vinaigrette or without to make a very simple, yet still delicious, dressing without too much tang.
