From detox programs, detox foods to full body cleanses — your choices are limitless. There are also recipes for homemade detox teas as well as detox juices and detox supplements. Of course, detoxification is important, and most people would do well to perform a detox at least twice a year. However, there are also detox foods that can help support the natural healing mechanisms we have in our bodies.
In our modern world, we are continually bombarded with toxins found in the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we consume.
